thousand little things which together make the Stage Right experience unlike any other.
Stage Right debuted in 2013 to the acclaim of critics and locals alike, operating inside Atlanta's Chastain Park Amphitheatre for five years, ending in 2018.
The shared vision of Chef Daniel and longtime friend, Chef Christophe,
Stage Right approaches fine dining with a blend of casual sophistication and innovative gourmet fare. An instant success, it was little wonder that Stage Right would quickly become the go-to source for
Simple, Exquisite Dining, Cocktails, and Deserts for groups ranging in size from 25 to hundreds.
Daniel Gallo is the Proprieter and Head Chef of Stage Right Catering.
Chef Daniel Gallo is a visionary chef, entrepreneur, and culinary business leader, taking care of his clients with innovative, made-from-scratch menus, detail-oriented service, and outside-the-box decor and presentation.
Chef Daniel's menus for Stage Right reflect his passion for creating enticing, pallet pleasing dishes utilizing fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, which enhance the experience of fun, festive events.
Chef Daniel has a history of successful culinary career experiences, having started his professional career in 1994,
after graduating from The Philadelphia Restaurant School.
Daniel's culinary experience includes positions as Chef de Parte, Owner and Chef, Corporate Chef, Caterer, Food Sales Rep, and Product Demonstrator.
